They have no interest in looking after their shareholders. Their actions since the first share grab have made that unabashedly obvious. They will keep paying themselves as much as they can because there is no pressure not to. A second strike is 20 months away. The company could fold by then.
If, at some point they need to come to small investors, they will schmooze you. They will sell you big ideas and plans, take options in place of cash - anything to get you to open your wallet. But with a year of funds they will just ride the gravy train.
Any raise in the future will be a cornerstone from an insto and at best a token offer to any small fanboi investors. If they come out with a big offer to small investors then watch out, because not even the big boys will be touching it.
