These credit crises are coming around every now and then, to shake the weak hand out of the trees, and sell because of fear.
If you have patience and balls of steel, chances are that you will come out on top.
I have been through a couple of these times before, and in my experience, I came out very well in front. But, don't borrow money, use the one that you can afford to do without it.
And don't forget that for every seller out there, there is also a buyer. So..........
