    please feel free to shred this if completely invalid, however I'm learning here:

    You suggested:
    Estimated FY Revenues approx $21m
    65-70% profit margin = $14m
    Costs = $5m (this seems low?)
    outstanding shares = 163.3m

    Earnings per share = 9m/163.3 = 5c (.05)

    P/E = 1.42/.05 = 28.5 times

    You suggest P/E Ratio of 35x.
    35 x .05 = $1.75 SP
