    I heard a theory the other day in regards to another company, and thought I would hypotosize a bit...

    "After a prolonged period of no sales, the company enters voluntary administration.

    Current and former directors of the company stump up to "buy" the company cheaply from the administrators.

    The company is rebranded and starts to make stong sales.

    The money rolls in, the new shareholders of the newly private company pop the champers"
