THIS is the real problem: since 6 months (2 quaters/an eternity) the capital raising was more or less formal/informal communicated to the market. Everybody knew it.
The selling of Oceanic (because of the not so perfect pp), the naive communication of the capital raising, the permanent delay of the raising, the not corrected pfs, the JV accouncement without committment, the management options/shares and some market instabilities lead us to the current SP.
But now they have an D&O Insurance. This was one of the major achievementa as I read in their "annual paper".
MORE and MORE I understand Norm.
