$0.00 is the bottom. This project has been wasted by excessive spending and over-optimistic expectations. Even if PEPR is now, where on earth is a company like this will get funding to construct this mine in the current financial climate? 11 months from now the Directors will repossess the farm, and mum and dad shareholders will be left with nothing.
