The directors existing can still do whatever steps that is needed to fend off any unwanted takeover. As make internal rules of changing directors and when and of course there needs hands to vote. The Existing can also (I presume act as a company and expand with rights and other institution share releases. (not company expert at all whatsoever so DYORGOR now probably not even do General meeting as virus probably a voting register before and a media of meeting???
