yes that's true, no face-to- face is a good thing.
but with the economy slowing, people getting laid off, tenants not able to pay rent, consumer spending falling, businesses losing revenue. Every hint is leading towards a decline in real estate market demand even with the interest rate at a record low. This will negatively affect PEXA
