Based on two failed attempts to change the FMS constitution, the failed coercive attempt to delist FMS and the recent crap deal that got through thanks to the second largest shareholder, is there a sting in the tail? Is it possible that this guy could finally leave with the majority of shareholders thinking that he had done a great job? Just asking ..... just my thoughts and time will tell.
