    China IMO.
    Inner Mongolia for China Rail announced 13/3/20. Whilst Trump is going on about China virus, China seems focused on getting things done.
    Based on research, in the west, politics, disaster or disaster looming are drivers for water improvements. Given the evolving virus situation, unless an extreme weather event or possibly war, the west will be in reactive mode for a while. The northern hemisphere is heading into summer, the Ethiopian dam is being developed... Life goes on and so will water issues until it becomes the priority.
