If it was going to go ahead, it would surely have to be funded from existing cash reserves, as the $40m loan facility was just about completely used with the vessel purchase.

Can't believe we are only 15 cents from float price. Now trading on a FY 2009 PE of 4.7 Panick sure does cause some crazy decisions to be made.
