The price could remain static, or it could rebound significantly. It could have a chain reaction where the more bullish, less affected by decreased business/work jump on the news, and the more skittish pile on as it is definitely safe profit. That is my theory, it could be wrong. GGG obviously is not operating now so compared to Lynas it's not being hit by anything in its fundamentals now, which would make it easier for the stock to jump.
