Reckon most punter's on HC had their fingers well and truly burnt on this one - hence they don't even want to open your post, let alone respond.
I posted a couple of days ago that CPU had just lost the Brambles account, so things are not getting any better for them.
Don't really know, but my gut feeling tells me CPU will need to do something (pretty soon) to stop the rot.
