I hope Chris is looking to cut staff levels.
This is a test of his ability to manage the company in the interests of shareholders and not employees who may well be mates too. We need to go into the developer version of Care and Maintenance at this stage IMO. There is no realistic timeline where this gets up and running within 12 months. May as well put off a CR by going skeleton staff for that period.
90% of the work needed till actually starting development would have been done by now anyway.
