As I posted recently, I dont want to make wild specualtion BUT there was that whole China/Russia debarcle 5 months ago re:T/O and looks more attractive now more than ever.
According to businessspectator.com there are talks of a 15% cut in the price of IO!
Who gives a toss
Tallering Peak was proven feasible in 2000(ish) with IO prices circa $30bucks p/t or something outrageous like that. Not to mention 3 months ago we secured an 80% rise in cost of IO!
Which brings me to the opinion
