keens ridiculous scenario, page-12

ok so I am talking to myself again.....I have yet to hear of anyone who sold their home, rented then got back into the market at a lower price.....
come on now...dont be shy....own up , if you did that successfully....
the only ones I have heard of paid much higher prices....or...are still out there renting...waiting for the prices to drop...
wonder how much more money was taken out of the stockmarket today....going into property....not the banks...people are scared of the banks...they are splitting the money into different banks....they are scared of the stockmarket....and superfunds...

they all own their own homes though
