From this article not so.
Tianqi produced Carbonate and LiOH in 2018 2019 which is over the time discussed in this thread of who was dumping carbonate, LiOH on to the Chinese market.
The suggestion it was Gangfeng.
I think not, as with Tesla and LGChem as their main customers for LiOH kept them very busy, the biggest deals ever in the Li market.
Tianqi had not expanded so not as likely.
More likely SQM and ALB IMO.
MIN/ALB Wodinga produced and sold alot of over that time now in C&A.
