Let me answer.
The day before the CR the SP was in the $2.50 range. Now we know that talks and negotiations would have been going on well before that so that the CR could have been announced. So what's a fair amount of time for talks over the raising of 26mill ?? A week? 10 days?
The SP in that time was in the $3.40 range.
Now it's been stated in these threads that the company was strong and even hitting forecasts out of the park. If so, how did such a low discount down to $1.50 get decided on??? Certainly not as a discount to VWAP as that would have been massive.
I also read that the CR was carried out with existing institutions. Interesting. Guess who was selling down leading into the CR knowing what was about to happen??
Wow!
