Indeed. An investor who bought on the eve of this announcement, at 46 cents, can expect to get 43 cents back in cash in May, and remain the owner of 14 cents worth of cash in the bank, as well as two businesses: iTrack, and 2RT, worth probably another 30 cents between them.
That is value investing if I ever saw it.
