Let's not forget they will also need to overcome the very real (and potentially catastrophic) issue of the widespread sham contracting arrangements - that's if they get through this lock-down (and subsequent slow return of the tourism economy).
At least for now, these arrangements are benefiting them from a cost perspective, but I feel sorry for all the 'contractors' who work(ed) for EXP.
