Cooper would be better just to keep on buying onmarket all the way to 20% and launch again later. Or not launch at all. If it is worth $3+, then to keep on buying onmarket at current prices, well that's a good deal.
It may take a while to do, but the market is not going anywhere in a hurry. If Cooper is producing the cashflow they say they are, then it shouldn't be a problem.
By the way, I loved the comment from the COE chairman about the fairies at the bottom of the garden. He is bang on the mark there.
