questions to the agm

Based on previous discussions, here are a few questions I would like answered:


1. What Michael Hulmes a scape goat for the never ending incompetence to date? Who really is to blame - surely with him now gone - things should have picked up.
2. Who was in charge of the EIS - why has it taken nearly 2 years to complete? Why should that person(s) keep their job?
3. Why is management paid 200K + packages yet over the last 2 years, have managed to erode over 80% of shareholder value?
4. Does management believe they are not capable of the task anymore?
5. Why did management waste tens of thousands of dollars on Uranium drilling when the prospects of Uranium mining in Queensland were/are very slim? Would this time and money not been best spent on progressing the EIS and debt financing?
6. Why is it that evertime we try get hold of management at 5pm - we are told that they have left the office for the day?
7. Why were we locked into Xstrata until 2012 - why not until 2009 or earlier? Would it not have been better to get into a JV partner who would have been more proactive?
8. Last year in the AGM, management noted that they would be more practive in announcing progress and updates. Why has this year followed the pevious years - i.e. announcements have been poor once again. Why should we trust anything that comes out of management?
9. Why is management refusing to update the share registry detailing who owns URL? The registary is a year out of date once again - this should be our right to see this - not something we have to beg for. What is management hiding?
10. Why did Maurice Hoyle sell a swag of shares at a very low price a couple of months back? Does he have no confidence in URL?
11. Why should management be retained?
