If it is a case of repaying MacB, you would think that it would only be a few million, maybe $5m max..
In addition, if is to repay MacB, then they should be able to close the hedge book at a profit to cover a chunk in any shortfall of cash, although they may not want to do this.
Tends to make me think that my "repay MacB" hypothesis is less likely as the reason for the need for additional capital.
