I say it will. $300,000/$5000 (max per person) = 60 people.
Only 60 people out of 2000 = 3% need to have coughed up for CHM to have the money to cover the court tranche.
These people invested in the coy knowing it had no cash flow & would need to raise regulary.
Big question have turville & greymatter & the other CHM postes paid for there entitlement? Please answer.
I also doubt the court would say bye bye straight away if they don't come up with the cash. Think the court would be annoyed but given the financial markets & just normal proceedures they will probably allow extra time if needed but that just delay's everything & that is not what CHM want.
My money is on they will pay up.
