Taking the optimistic view to FAR's comments has not been successful historically.
You were literally convinced FAR had all finance sorted months ago, prior to the cap raise, prior to the senior debt (still subject to syndication and signing last I saw) and mezz debt (stuffed for now).
FAR had a perfect oppurtunity today to state that the senior debt remains on track or has been finalised and signed off.
Instead they stated that discussions with financiers have been materially compromised.
FAR have certainly not put out an ASX announcement stating that senior debt is signed, sealed and delivered.
