Purchasing on the market is not much different to taking up the issue. You can buy for .007 on market or .008 at the issue but that ignores the options. The options could sell at .002 when they become tradeable as investors will use options as investment leverage. They will certainly trade at .001.
I, for one, will be buying options, especially if they are at .001 and maybe at .002.
