Why do they need a year of no output? I would have thought that they would access it much earlier given that it is so close to the surface.
I don't really understand how stupid financial people are. This is a crisis (mainly in US and Europe) that revolves around sub-prime lending. In other words they lent money to people who they knew couldn't pay it back.
So now a bank is gonna look at GR and say, look I know you could pay the entire amount back in year 1 if you had to but my rectum has frozen shut so I can't help you. Morons!
Any wonder we are in this situation. Most of the accountants and financial experts I have met just parrot the same crap they read in magazines and hear at the pub from their colleagues. Most of them haven't got a clue. If they did then most of them would be retired.
Bleh.....so there.
