I could speculate as to the reason why Sanofi didn't take it up, but I would be lying if I tried to put a theory forward and say it was that.

Well part of the announcement was the hiring of another staff member in Europe which I presume could help see us through these processes. If you were TK and were presented with the opportunity to have this tria/test run in 3 hospitals, would you say "Thanks but no thanks, we'll just run with one hospital for now"? It would probably be a worse look on the company and people would say how can you not handle that capacity?
