This is a hard one to assess
with California going into shut down , how will this affect there uS distb and ability to reduce debt
how is the currency impacting
will they need to raise capital
my expectation is debt remains elevated but does reduce marginally . The US shut down is the key as we need cash flow to reduce inventories back down
