I said it before and I say it again, this stock is way too cheap, why only 28c have no idea, you look at ALG today for example, a company which is broke and closed for business, the stock gained 50% with no anouncements and yet UCM is saving peoples lives and making money and the stock does bugger all......honestly why bother with investing !!!
