So in mentioning the defamation case against CLH, the MD has potentially made defamatory comments against the ASX (how can they prove the reason for the 'difficulties' with the ASX including the margin loan rumour).

They also don't mention the status of the patent application and the ownership arrangement with AIR.

Public company....bureaucracy and rules & regulation should be what they sign up for, but this is Lev and it seems it comes with the territory. I'm not sure listing is on the nasdaq is going to make it any different (in fact quarterly results etc will just be more difficult for these low overhead guys).

Anyway, as long as they keep on manufacturing and selling, hopefully it will all come good, but at the moment I believe I've got 4 of my companies in suspension
