I have <5% knowledge of value investing, so I am not the best person to ask unfortunately.
My 2 cents worth...
As far as I am aware, the companies managers have never tapped shareholders for capital in the past and have maintained a very conservative balance sheet.
Looking at the cash flow statement they appear to have some flexibility. But others would be more qualified/experienced to analyse/comment on that.
If I was in the business of providing debt, I perhaps would be seeking out companies such as ARB in this climate? But who knows.
In a nutshell - I am investing in this business on the basis that the current short term factors will not prove fatal to this earnings profile.
