(l) (offer materials)
(m) (non compliance)
(o) (listing rule 10) the co may be requested to seek SH approval
(p) (restrictions on allotment)
(u) (risks of an application to the TO Panel) if we complain before this panel
(z) (change of control)
IMO, we all have to request SH approval, and ASIC cannot refuse, given the circumstances (disguised TO)
I approve those who try to contact Perennial, but not those who speak to MA. His contempt of SH is now clearly established and we know it's a desperate move to save his job an princely salary.
