Environmental conditions may tinker at the edges of transmission rates by reducing survival times of the virus on surfaces and in the air in warmer and humid conditions but being blase about the infectious nature of this virus will condemn you to a huge number of deaths.

Only you can protect you. Wash your hands, stay away from other people.
The lockdown has been extended to April 14 and I'd expect medical advise to extend that lockdown again to the end of April before assessing the situation for further lockdowns. I don't expect Lynas to start producing again until May at the earliest.
