Ive got my own theory on the order book game going on: X holder is rounding up Y holder by loading both the 0.3c ask and 0.2c bid. If X holder isnt going to buy then no one is buying which will force Y holder to sell into X @ 0.2c.
Extension of meeting gives them time to let the order book games go on.
