When the price was 10 cents CVI was not offering $14 Million for Canzar. This is pallanca's most vocal position.
It is a sensible position given only one alluvial concession has been formally granted out of 2 alluvial and 2 kimberlite.
$14 Million for 1 alluvial concession is MASSIVE disgrace.
What can CVI confirm about all the concessions BEFORE they spend the money?
