The IPM shareholders are obviously chasing the $4+ aforementioned tooth fairy and have forgotten to buy at current (around) 80c price.
Now we own over 5 Million IPM shares, there are ONLY 57k on buy side for IPM from 80 -60 .... so, if say COE was to sell a measly 60k @ 60 cents there would be no buyers left and it would have closed at 60 cents tonight.
This may well have tempted me (and possibly a few others) to accept the 50c cash and 1.9 shares ... after all $1 is better than 60 cents any day.
Disclaimer .. as a holder of both this is a stress induced rant to calm my nerves.
