I was feeling sick yesterday but have moved on (mentally) today even though my portfolio is even sicker. People lose $250K on the pokies and some still get manage to pull through in the end (without a bankruptcy) if they formulate a rescue plan and stick to it. At least stocks have a chance to come back if the sky doesn't fall in unlike money put in the pokies.
