That may be the case but it's largely irrelevant. Option holders such as myself, accept the risk - but now our options are dead, and that is because - for whatever reason, the directors could not make a deal. Didn't make a fuss about whether or not they could extend the options, as I considered that there was ample time for them to make something happen.
They have not performed, and now look at what the company is worth. Obviously, there is the pandemic to consider, but there was a fair amount of time to make something happen since the removal of whats-his-face.
Now the company can say goodbye to a potential $3.3m in cash and options holders are left with nothing. Decent blokes, maybe, but it's not enough.
