If what you say is correct and percentages override FID statements and the operators announcement then that bodes very well for FAR.
For WPL to continue on with Sangomar, as per their announcement, then to get the majority JV vote (assuming Cairn can't make it) all they will need is FARs vote.
Could be some handy leverage or enough incentive for WPL to take FAR out of its misery.
