No Pushback
``We have experienced no pushback from our customers,'' BHP spokeswoman Samantha Evans said by phone today.
Rio's shipments of iron ore are normal, Rio Tinto spokesman Gervase Greene said yesterday. He had nothing further to add to that statement today, he said.
Most of the iron ore sold by BHP and Rio are under contract. Rio Tinto has sold 10 million tons of iron ore on the spot market in the first half of this year, and planned to sell a total of 15 million tons by year end.
