Reasons why I favour Zip over APT in the current climate:
- Greater diversification of lending products i.e Zip Biz. This in my mind will help mitigate the impact of discretional spending changes by consumers.
- Less exposure to the US market. APT have 30% of revenue attributed to US. This in my mind will be greatly impacted by US deveoplments.
- Significant cash for operations. Cash-flow positive actually (EBTDA).


I'm not a short-term holder. So these fluctuations in price are nothing more than opportunities for me to take a bigger posistion.

When the longer term impacts of COVID-19 present themselves in the global economy. Then I believe we'll see investors and funds seeing the long-term advantage Zip has - sucking the fan-fare out of APT.

Best advice for investors. Get off these forums, think about the long term (2, 3 or 5 years) and don't invest more than you can afford in the current landscape.
