Maybe he couldn't sell any earlier as his window to trade wouldn't allow it.
He, like us, knew the price of all shares was going to go down under the current situation.
So he sold enough shares at an average of around $1.36 to pay his tax bill.
It drops to say $1.00 as the situation worsens before it improves
He buys back his shares knowing full well there is going to be a massive rebound when the dust settles.
