I'm sorry but this post doesn't make sense on so many levels. I'm going to make an ASSUMPTION now that ResAppDx can successfully(greater than 99.9% as the risk of a false negative can be deadly) diagnose upper, lower respiratory infections, and pneumonia based on cough type. (Meanwhile you can point me to some empirical study that can prove this if this is already established).

Many patients progress from fever to pneumonia very quickly.

To see if antibiotics are working you need time. That's why chemist always tells you to take the whole pack because some bacteria have built some resistance. Time is a luxury you may not have with the coronavirus or pneumonia of any kind.

if pneumonia is suspected for any reason, you may not have cough. When I had pneumonia as a child, I didn't have cough, just high fever, chills one day and shortness of breath the next. It developed over night. Doctor had to listen to me with a stethoscope to suggest CT to confirm pneumonia. Admission to hospital is strictly whether you need to be admitted, not if you think you should be admitted.
Again, if you are experiencing shortness of breath and have fever, you need to to go to hospital, no time to call telehealth. If you have a snotty nose and cough, but you don't have fever, you probably only have a cold and you don't need an app to tell you that.
