Peter Reeve sold a story and investors bought it. Haggan scoping study/ Vanadis and early cashflow from Tiris etc. The average investor lost 89% of the money. The contributed equity stands at $47.5 million vs market value of $5.2 million. I think a scheme needs to be illegal for it to be considered a scam? Otherwise, this scheme (Lind / Peter) would be considered a scam. Good lessons to be learnt here.
