    Not sure Alan. I suspect some of the write-downs from the financial sector have peaked and are now contracting and possibly some have moved from a loss into a profit. Other than that not sure where their has been earnings growth but price has come down considerably. To go from PE of 17 to 12 is roughly 30% price drop with no change in earnings.
