Here is an expansion of your idea of making Reapp available to all.
People purchase app for $10.00 from Resapphealth.
The patient receives a code on their mobile phone. from Resapphealth.
The patient can then contacts any Medical Practitioner of their choice and can inform their medical practitioner they have purchased a Resapp respiratory test and give their code to the medical practitioner.
The medical practitioner who can contact Resapphealth is then registered with Resapphealth and that can be done quickly.

The GP then sends the client code to resapphealth which then makes the app active and ready to use.
The practitioner receives $5.00 and Resapphealth retains $5.00 from patient.

Just a thought further to your idea.
I agree setting up platforms seem to be too long and restricts patients to using a particular service.
Your idea and maybe my expansion on it means all GPs and Hospitals have access to Resapp DX
