Hi all. Very new to this investment game. Was ready to plunge in 4 months ago but luckily held off. Looking around it is all a bit scary but Uni has caught my eye thru a mate up in NSW. The product looks unreal(much better than anything else) and this forward contract with the French Pharma seems great.Debt free is a bonus and cash in the bank is terrific. A concern is that the large money wont be coming in for a couple of years, is this how you guys read it too? Also the general state of the world economy, where will it end? Anyway am looking forward to following your posts and researching Uni some more. Go the Storm, we was robbed!!!!
