    Cba is still trading at a mega multiple of assets unlike the rest of its peers locally and internationally

    obviously people thing it’s cheap because of where it’s been - or looking at on screen yield which is vast on historical payouts - this is a very big risk

    no evictions allowed for 6 months
    Residential bonds are only one month
    Commercial average 3
    Business under pressure going to borrow at 4.5 percent I do t think so
    Mortgage payments deferrals
    Transaction fees slowing with business slowdown
    People allowed to withdraw from super but main portfolios and index funds all have this as a cornerstone

    it is what it is imo- it a bad time

    good luck trading it but if it reverts to one times book at a min the equity price won’t be here
