I get the concept of it costing more as they ramp up, that is in fact my point.
They've spent some 19 mill to june 08 and at that time had 13mill in the bank in spite of having raised 21 mill on TSX.
They've indicated the need for 400mill to build a plant but long before that there's bound to be more to spend than they've got just doing the things you say " drilling and BFS" I agree the next 12/12 will likely cost more than 19M but with 13M they'll need a to 1. Raise capital 2.Borrow money 3.Sell what they've got to raise cash 4.Entice a major to take a stake (Savanna precludes 3& 4) and 1 & 2 are laughably unlikely.
My original post was hopefully to flush out someone to tell me I'd got it all wrong and in fact the 21M ex Canada would see them through as I'd misinterpreted their accounts and that Savanna is an illusion (or the legal equivalent)

As for calling them I'm afraid what I read from Steven's posting after having spoken to Clive gives me little comfort. Of course U is being dumped and is not reflective of fundamentals, so is every asset class, of course they'll not flag a need for capital if you ask of it.
Is the glass 95% empty or 5% full....... hard to quench your thirst in any event.
